A VILLAGE market: Will be starting in the New Year in Chineham Village Hall.
There will be various stalls selling locally and homemade produce and crafts.

WI: The December WI meeting has been brought forward to December 14 (it's usually the fourth Monday in the month).
At this meeting, the Chineham group will have its first Christmas party.
This, as other meetings, will be held at Christ Church, Chineham, in the Shaftesbury Room, and starts at 7.30pm.
ON THE topic of Christmas parties, there’s one for preschoolers being held in Chineham next Monday.
Linguatastic, the local foreign language and cultural group will be hosting the party running from 9.30am to 11am. The cost will be £3.50 per child, which includes art and craft activities, song and dance, general fun and games and a Christmas present. CHINEHAM Village Club activities: On Sunday, children of club members will be making a trip to see Cinderella at The Anvil.
Tickets are limited and must be bought in advance. There will be a Christmas bingo session on Monday, starting at 8.30pm, when there will be better prizes than usual as part of the seasonal celebrations.
MOBILE library: Tomorrow, the bus full of books will be back in Chineham for you to return/ exchange or take out new books, CDs and/or DVDs.
The mobile library will be parked in Farm View Drive between 1.15pm and 2.15pm.
