IN A play on words, the owners of a former police house renamed it Copse View House.
The home, in Aldermaston Road, Tadley, has a single-storey link to its neighbouring house. This part of the property is thought to have once been the "cop shop", but is now incorporated into the lounge to make a spacious room with a fireplace and French doors to the garden.
The dining room has a patio door out to the large garden and the refitted kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob.
The kitchen opens to a utility room where a door opens to the garage.
Copse View House has three bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Selling agent Keel Barrett is marketing the property for £339,950 and believes new owners would have scope to extend the existing accommodation.
