CHEER up the new year by coming to see Adventures of Red Riding Hood at the Alton Assembly Rooms next month.
The performance of this one-off show, a co-production from the Derek Grant Organisation and Alton Town Council, will take place on Sunday, February 10 at 2.30pm.
The whole family will be able to enjoy and follow Red Riding Hood on her adventures through the forest where she meets Silly Billy, Woody the Woodcutter and many other colourful characters in this lively and captivating production.
Assembly Rooms manger Jason Passingham said: “I am thrilled that we have been able to persuade Derek Grant to bring his production to the town, and just know that he will be given a warm welcome. I really hope that people will support this professional pantomime production, as arranging it to take in Alton as part of its national tour has taken many hours or organisation. We would very much like for them to return to Alton next year with a new production.”
Adventures of Red Riding Hood is full of colourful costumes, sing-a-long songs, comedy and plenty of chances for all the family to join in with the fun.
Tickets are available from the Assembly Rooms on 01420 82203 or by emailing assemblyrooms@ alton.gov.uk.
