HONOR Blackman brings her new show to The Point, Eastleigh, on Sunday, December 3, at 7.45pm.
Word of Honor is a fascinating insight into the life of this extraordinary actress told in her own inimitable and stylish way.
In her past one-woman shows, Honor has played many different and fascinating characters. Now, by popular demand, she finally tells the story of her life, from humble beginnings in the East End of London to becoming one of the most famous stars in the world.
Her role as Pussy Galore in the Bond film Goldfinger brought her international recognition, but there is a great deal more to discover about this truly consummate artist. Honor (pictured) broke new ground in television with her role as Cathy Gale in The Avengers.
She talks about the trials and tribulations of filming epic dramas including Shalako, A Night to Remember, Life at the Top and Something Big.
Theatre work has always played a huge part in Honor's career from her first understudy role at the Criterion Theatre to having her name in lights in the West End in Wait Until Dark and Who Killed Santa Claus?
A pre-performance buffet is also available for booking.
Tickets, costing £15, are available from the box office on 02380 652333 or from www.thepoint-online.co.uk
