WILLIAMS Dr Elizabeth Passed away at St Michaels Hospice on 13th April 2021 aged 66 years. Elizabeth will be sadly missed by her family and all that knew her. Funeral to take place at Christchurch Chineham on Tuesday 18th May 2021. Private service due to current restrictions. We had known Dr Elizabeth Williams for a long time. She was not only an excellent GP but also a friend. This was when we first moved to Chineham when the doctors Surgery was a bungalow on the Old Reading Road. She looked after my son and even spoke many times about her cats named Charles and Sebastian. She had time for everyone. She will be sorely missed. Rosemary and Ken Preston

Dr Elizabeth was the best doctor in the world. She became a family friend. She was a lovely caring and special lady. Was so glad to see her again at gillies. God Bless to All the family.

Such sad news. You were not just our doctor but a friend. You were a very special lady always had time for everyone. You had been our doctor over 5 generations of our family for approximately 45 years.
You will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing you.
You are now out of pain Dear Liz RIP special lady.
