RUGLYS Eileen Anne Passed away at Skylark House Care Home, Horsham on Saturday 20th November 2021, aged 92 years. Reunited with her husband Philip. Eileen will be sadly missed by her children Anne, Sarah, Mark and Charlotte, family and friends. A service of Thanksgiving will be held at St Leonard's Church Oakley on December 14 at 2:00 pm. Your dear mother was my French teacher at Cranbourne
She knew how I struggled with school and took me under her wing. I have often recalled that over the years and will always be grateful for her helping me endure the education process.
