CALLER Stanley Passed away peacefully on the morning of the 11th of January in Basingstoke hospital cared for by a wonderful team of NHS professionals. Born in Dulwich London 1927, Stan, as he was lovingly known was nearly 95 at the time of his passing. Stan is survived by his three children, Susan, Hazel and Paul. An active member of the St Andrews Methodist church community, Stan had lived in Basingstoke for nearly 60 years and had worked as a printer at McCorquodales since the second world war. A service of remembrance will take place at St Andrews Methodist Church, Western Way, Basingstoke at 12:30 on the 14th of February 2022. No floral tributes please. The family would prefer charitable donations to the British Heart Foundation. A donation page has been set up and details of this can be provided by the appointed funeral directors who are: Stowells Funeral Service, Downsland Court, Worting Road, Basingstoke. 01256 321281 As a Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and a dear friend to many family and friends, Stan was a hugely loving and giving man and will be truly missed.
