WILLIAMS Penelope Joy (Penny) Passed away peacefully at home after a short illness bravely borne on 2 February 2023 aged 77yrs. A devoted wife to the late Dai, loving mother to Jonathan and James, mother in law to Julie and Lucy and adoring grandma to Harriet, Oliver, Charlotte and Elle, she will be so very missed by her family and friends. She was the glue that kept us together. A celebration of her life will take place at Basingstoke Crematorium on Wednesday 22 February at 12.30pm. All welcome. Please wear a splash of colour as was befitting her personality.
