KAY Hazel Anne (née Cormack) Passed away peacefully on 18th September 2023, aged 79 years. Now reunited with her beloved husband, John. Hazel's funeral service will take place at 2.00pm on Tuesday 17th October at All Hallows Church, Whitchurch followed by committal at St James the Less, Litchfield. Family flowers only please.
