PIPER Edwin 'Ted' Passed away peacefully on the 15th April, aged 99 years. He will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. A celebration of his life is to be held at Basingstoke Crematorium on Tuesday 7th May at 2 pm. Family flowers only.
