Sir.–The Friends of The Willis Museum would like to make contact with anyone who worked at the Morris Singer Foundry when it was located in Basingstoke.
This is in connection with a book they are preparing to publish on the Triumphal Gateway, in London Street, which incorporates bronze panels that were cast at the foundry in about 1991. They are also investigating the possibility of including an exhibition about the foundry at the museum.
If any readers can help with relevant information or photographs, would they please make themselves known to The Willis Museum by calling in or by calling 01256 465902.
