Owen with his book in Festival Place
HUNDREDS of people attended a book signing in Festival Place on Saturday with Owen Howkins and his dog Haatchi.
Eight-year-old Owen, from Basingstoke, suffers from a rare genetic condition called Schwartz-Jampel syndrome which causes his muscles to be permanently tense.
His story, Haatchi and Little B, about his incredible bond with his three-legged Italian shepherd, was released on February 13 by Transworld Digital.
