JASON Barclay, 29, of Verdi Close, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on August 21, 2018. Community order made and fined £10. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £60 costs. Also pleaded guilty to causing damage to an exterior wall which did not belong to him on the same date. Further community order made.
MARC Lawrence Roby Bone, 30, of Attwood Close, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to three counts of assault on September 15, 2018. Sentenced to four weeks in jail, suspended for one year, and ordered to pay £90 in compensation.
ANDY Hynes, 57, of Long Grove, Baughurst. Pleaded guilty to harassing another person between March 3, 2018 and June 26,2018. Restraining order made and fined £440. Ordered to pay £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
SAMUEL Lee Oakley, 26, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing twelve blocks of cheese, five boxes of tea, and six jars of coffee to the value of £59.14 from a Tesco store on September 4, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to stealing a box of chocolate biscuits, three packets of Persil washing capsules and two tins of Quality Street chocolates, to the value of £25, from an Iceland store on August 27, 2018. Further community order made.
JONATHAN Webb, 54, of Weston Patrick, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order made in a family court on June 5, 2018. Fined £1,081 and ordered to pay £108 victim surcharge and £400 costs.
IAN Christopher George, 49, of May Place, Eastrop. Pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words with the intent of harassing a police community support officer (PCSO) on August 28, 2018. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
DARREN Wood, 42, of Long Grove, Baughurst. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Transporter, while under the influence of alcohol on August 31, 2018. Fined £395 and ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year and five months.
WILLIAM Hilditch, 48, The Street, Rotherwick. Found guilty of assault by beating on December 25, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £400 costs.
HARRY Frank Goodwin, 24, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on August 17, 2018. Sentenced to 12 weeks in jail and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.
DANNY Leon Freeman, 29, of Sandy’s Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words towards another person to cause them to feel harassed on February 16, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £200 in compensation.
STEFAN Cora, 26, of Edgehill Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Yamaha, in excess of a 70mph speed limit on May 5, 2018. Fined £227 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
