Pleaded guilty via single justice procedure to driving a vehicle, namely a Vauxhall, otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Gresley Road, Basingstoke, on August 25, 2018. Fined £91 and driving licence endorsed. Also pleaded guilty via single justice procedure to driving a vehicle, namely a Vauxhall, without insurance in Gresley Road, Basingstoke, on August 25, 2018. Pleaded guilty via single justice procedure to failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence, on August 15, 2018. CLIFFORD ROY JAMES FOWLER, 55, of Bolton Crescent, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty via single justice procedure to driving a vehicle, namely an Iveco, on the M3 northbound between Junctions 11 and 12 while using a handheld mobile phone on August 28, 2018. Fined £146 and banned from driving for six months. Also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
JAMES O’CONNOR, 20, of Pennine Way, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of a drug, namely cannabis, in Festival Way, Basingstoke, on September 23, 2018. Fined £200 and banned from driving for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
JULIA RICHARDS, 53, of Winchester Street, Overton. Pleaded guilty to the theft of £70 to £80 in cash from the Overton Memorial Institute, in Overton, on June 4, 2018. Community order imposed to carry out 160 hours of unpaid work and must pay £80 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to committing fraud as a member of the bar staff of the Overton Memorial Institute, namely taking cash from customers that was not rung through the till in order to make up previously stolen money, for herself, on June 8, 2018 Community order made.
ELIJAH-RAY ARMANI DIXON, 18, of Wadham Road, London. Pleaded guilty to possession of an offensive weapon, namely a butterfly knife, in Basingstoke Leisure Park on November 1, 2018. Committed to detention for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
RYAN DANIEL SMITH, 35, of HM Prison, Winchester. Pleaded guilty to the theft of three bottles of perfume, to the value of £69.97, belonging to TK Maxx, in Festival Place, Basingstoke on October 2, 2018. Committed to prison for 14 days, to run concurrent to present sentence, and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.
WENDY TAYLOR, 54, of Oceana Crescent, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances affecting Disability Living Allowance entitlement. Community order of a curfew made. Also ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £20 costs.
LUKE JOHN WILLIAMS, 23, of Kenilworth Road, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle in excess of a 30mph speed limit in Southampton, on February 23, 2018. Fined £40 and driving record endorsed with three points. Also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £30 costs.
MARC LAWRENCE ROBY BONE, 30, of Mary Rose Court, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a bladed article, namely a knife, in a public place in Basingstoke on November 16, 2018. Committed to prison for 22 weeks. Also pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable in the execution of their duty in Basingstoke on November 16, 2018. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrently and ordered to pay £50 compensation. Also pleaded guilty to assaulting a police sergeant in the execution of their duty in Basingstoke on November 16, 2018. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrently.
MARK ALAN JAMES, 28, of Oakfields Close, Ecchinswell. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour in Well Street, Burghclere, on March 17, 2018. Fined £130 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.
MICHAEL AARON SHERWOOD, 31, of Culver Road, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable in the execution of their duty in Basingstoke on May 3, 2018. Ordered to pay £75 compensation and £50 costs. Also pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable in the execution of their duty in Basingstoke on November 16, 2018. Ordered to pay £100 compensation.
VASILE-DANIEL COBILITA, 41, of Sylvia Close, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving on Ringway South, Basingstoke, on November 17, 2018. Fined £500 and banned from driving for 24 months. Also ordered to pay £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
MICHAEL SEAN HAFFEY, 62, of Goose Green, Hook. Pleaded guilty to making two Category A indecent still images of children in Hook between November 21, 2012, and November 26, 2017. Community order made and sexual harm prevention order of five years imposed. Also ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to making 25 Category B indecent still images of children in Hook between November 21, 2012, and November 26, 2017. Same orders imposed as first charge. Also pleaded guilty to making 171 Category C indecent still images of children in Hook between November 21, 2012, and November 26, 2017. Same orders imposed as first charge.
RACHEL PEREIRA, 44, of Breach Farm Cottages, Dummer. Found guilty in absence to driving a vehicle, namely a BMW, in Dummer Road, Axford, while using a handheld mobile phone on November 12, 2017. Fined £192 and banned from driving for six months. Also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £150 costs.
