NICOLE Norton, 25, of Oceana Crescent, Beggarwood. Pleaded guilty to appearing drunk and disorderly in public on September 8, 2018. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.
GEMMA Blythin, 34, of Berkeley Drive, Hatch Warren. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Peugeot, while unfit to drive through alcohol on March 4, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 28 months.
TROY Martin, 25, of Campsie Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on March 1, 2019. Fined £518 and ordered to pay £51 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 14 months.
RICHARD Cunningham, 38, of Kelvin Hill, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Transit, while under the influence of drugs, namely cannabis, on December 14, 2018. Fined £360 and ordered to pay £36 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.
NATASHA French, 33, of Wentworth Crescent, Beggarwood. Pleaded guilty to committing fraud by attempting to make an online purchase of goods worth £6,097.53 with a credit card which did not belong to her between April 25 and June 17, 2018. Sentenced to 12 weeks in jail, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £250 in compensation.
AARON Martin Thorn, 24, of Milton Close, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, on February 20, 2019. Fined £35 and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £35 costs.
MICHAEL Smith, 61, of Abbey Road, Popley. Pleaded guilty to using violence to gain entry to a property on March 6, 2019. Fined £65 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
JUSTIN James Lakey, 27, of Ruskin Close, Black Dam. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating on March 1, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
NIKITA Terri Irene Sarah Sams, 21, of Longcroft Road, Kingsclere. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on March 28, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £25 costs. Also pleaded guilty to committing a an offence when on a suspended sentence. Fined £120.
BARRY Charles Thomas, 52, of St Peter’s Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on March 20, 2019. Sentenced to four weeks in jail, suspended for 12 months. Also pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words towards another person causing them distress on the same date. Sentenced to eight weeks in jail to run concurrently with count one, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £75 in compensation and £30 victim surcharge.
LEWIS John Denyer, 33, of Malvern Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour towards another person leading them to feel distressed on December 20, 2018. Fined £80. Also pleaded guilty to being in possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, on December 21, 2018. Fined a further £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £25 costs.
