JAMES Andrew Bowen, 27, of Wellington Terrace, Winklebury. Failed to comply with the terms of a community order imposed by Basingstoke Magistrates Court on May 1, 2018. Further community order made. Also due to the breach of the order for the original offence, sentenced to 16 weeks in jail suspended for one year.

TREVOR Antony Ball, 47, of no fixed abode. Guilty verdict provided in his absence for failing to leave the premises of an NHS facility when requested to do so by a police officer for causing a nuisance or disturbance on November 17, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs. Also, a guilty verdict provided in his absence to failing to surrender to custody on December 12, 2018. Fined a further £80.

REBECCA Louise James, 31, of Sherborne Road, South View. Found guilty of assault by beating on August 16, 2018. Community order made and fined £10, £85 victim surcharge and £150 costs. Also found guilty of a second count of assault by beating on the same date. Further community order made.

STEFAN Macovei, 23, of, Cranbourne Lane, Cranbourne. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Corsa, without the relevant insurance policy on November 18, 2018. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

RICHARD Junior Hylton, 26, of Cowslip Bank, Lychpit. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on March 9, 2019. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 17 months.

GEORGE Henry Britten, 21, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to two counts of using insulting words or behaviour towards another person with the intent of causing them alarm or distress on September 10, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £125 in compensation and fined £80.

LEAH-ALEXANDREA Naisbitt, 22, of Rectory Road, Hook. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting an on-duty police officer on September 19, 2018. Fined £70 and ordered to pay £100 in compensation. Also pleaded guilty to assaulting a police support officer on the same date. Fined a further £35 and ordered to pay a further £50 in compensation.

SAUL Alan Jones, 19, of Silvester Close, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Fiesta, on November 16, 2018. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.
