ROBERT Gregson, 32, of Gregory Close, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Zafira, without the relevant insurance policy on December 12, 2018. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

JAMES Ryan Steele, 28, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a Class A drug, namely heroin, on June 28, 2018. Fined £120. Also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on April 10, 2019. Fined a further £20 and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £25 costs.

LOUIS Paul Moroncini, 29, of Sinclair Drive, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Golf, while under the influence of alcohol on March 30, 2019. Fined £500 and ordered to pay £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 19 months.

ASHLEY James Hall, 33, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while disqualified from doing so on April 14, 2019. Sentenced to 28 days in jail and banned from driving for a further 14 months.

KASEY Wayne Rolfe, 38, of St Peter’s Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to stealing two packs of razor blades from a Boots store to the value of £113.98 on February 24, 2019. Ordered to pay £113.98 in compensation.

BENJAMIN James Walsh, 27, of Normanton Road, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, on September 20, 2018. Fined £140 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

STEPHANIE Sarah Mathews, 28 of, Winterthur Way, South View. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, in excess of a 30mph speed limit on September 24, 2018. Fined £70 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

PETRU Lupascu, 25, of Wateridge Road, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without the relevant insurance policy on January 29, 2019. Fined £100. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention on the same day. Fined a further £120 and ordered to pay £150 in compensation. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

DAVID John Henwood, 36, of West Ham Close, Brookvale. Admitted breaching the terms of a supervision order imposed by the Basingstoke Magistrates Court on April 18, 2019. Sentenced to seven days in jail.

CHRISTOPHER Anthony Craze-Miles, 28, of Verdi Close, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on December 29, 2018. Community order made. Also pleaded guilty to two counts of using threatening or abusive words towards another person causing them to be distressed on the same day. Further community order made and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

PAUL David Gordon Gillingham, 30, of Aylings Close, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Corsa, while under the influence of drugs, namely Cannabis, on January 23, 2019. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned form driving for one year. Also pleaded guilty to being in possession of a Class B drug, namely Cannabis, on the same date. Fined a further £35.
