A SCHOOL has been praised for going from 'strength-to-strength' since opening its doors nearly four years ago.
Castle Hill Primary School in Rooksdown opened in 2015 after a lengthy process to gain permission to build the Rooksdown campus.
Headteacher at the school John Martin recently welcomed Basingstoke’s MP Maria Miller and executive member for education at Hampshire County Council, Councillor Stephen Reid, to give the pair an update on the progress of the school.
Mrs Miller said: “I was really pleased to see how the school has gone from strength-to-strength over the last three and a half years.
“It is fantastic to see how it has been developed into an exciting and modern learning environment.”
