As the nights draw in during the winter months, we have seen a selection of beautiful pictures camera club members have been capturing of the beautiful scenery across the borough.
This week the theme was ‘A Frosty Morning’ to allow group members to get imaginative during the seasonal period with a range of landscape and micro shots of the Hampshire countryside.
Despite the sunny weather we’ve seen, temperatures have dropped as low as three degrees, coating the ground with a thin layer of frost glistening in the winter sun.
Although it looks beautiful visually, drivers have been warned to travel carefully.
If you want to join the club and have a chance to get your pictures in next week’s paper, search for ‘Basingstoke Gazette Camera Club’ on Facebook.
