SIMPHEWE MBATHA, 42, of Milton Close in Basingstoke, has been fined £200 and ordered to pay £150 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and pay a victim surcharge of £32 after being found guilty of driving a car and failing to provide a breath analysis. The incident happened on September 8, 2019 in Basingstoke. Mbatha pleaded not guilty but was found guilty on October 19, 2020. He has been disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.
YUBARAJ LIMBU, 45, of Packenham Road in Basingstoke, has been remanded on bail as magistrates have ordered a pre-sentence report. He is accused of beating a woman on July 26, 2020. He will appear in court at the end of November.
SIMON LOOK, 50, of Lehar Close in Basingstoke, has been sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 24 months. He pleaded guilty to beating a woman in Lehar Close in August 2020. He has been ordered to undergo treatment for alcohol dependency and a building better relationships programme. He has also been ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £128 plus costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
STEVEN PAUL MARTIN, 31, of Launcelot Close in Andover, pleaded guilty to harassing a woman by sending numerous unwanted emails and WhatsApp messages. He pleaded guilty on October 19, 2020. A community order has been made by North Hampshire Magistrates’ Court. He now must not contact the woman and is not allowed to enter Spey Court in Andover. He has been ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £95.
GRAEME CHRISTOPHER JOHN WALTON, 53, of Mary Rose Court in Attwood CLose in Basingstoke, has been accused of using threatening to abusive words in public on August 20 in Worting Road. He is also accused of assaulting an emergency worker on the same day at Basingstoke Police Investigation Centre. The case has been adjourned until November 5.
JAMIE DOMINIC CLOWES, 34, of Wantage Place in Basingstoke, has been served with a four-year driving ban, a community order and a fine for a number of driving offences involving a Mitsubishi Colt. He failed to stop at the scene of three road traffic accidents and drove while over the legal drink driving limit.
TRACY JANE HEYWOOD-BAKER, 44, of Pershore Road in Basingstoke, has been remanded on bail until November 23. On May 27, she was accused of assaulting PC Gibson by beating her as well as being accused of assaulting PC Castle and PC Godfrey and damaging a police car.. The following day, she was accused of assaulting PC Townrow. She faces to further charges of assaulting Justyna Kolcz on May 27 and Stuart Bruce on the same day. Magistrates have adjourned the case to prepare a pre-sentence report.
CODY ROGER ROWLEY, 18, of Gould Close in Ludgershall is accused of resisting arrest by PC Davitt in Whitchurch on September 24. A warrant is out for his arrest.
COLIN AMOS BLACK, 27, of Woburn Gardens in South Ham, has been remanded on bail until November 23 and placed on curfew after being accused of calling and attending the address of someone he is prohibited from contacting. The case has been adjourned for a pre-sentence report.
THALIA ROSE KNIGHT, 18, of Pond Close in Basingstoke, has been ordered to pay £50 in compensation after pleading guilty to assaulting Police Constable Kirstie Bough in Aldershot on February 18, 2020.
