KEVIN White is the new full-time chairman of Basingstoke Town Football Club.
His appointment was confirmed at last night's board meeting - the first official meeting since last week's Annual General Meeting.
Newly appointed board member Colin Stoker will take up the role of vice chairman.
Other appointments confirmed include Liz Lockie as treasurer, Katie Oliver as Football Secretary, and Martin French as Club Secretary.
Previously co-opted member Paul Elliott has made the decision to step down from his position.

Kevin said: "We'd like to thank him for his work, effort, and enthusiasm. Paul worked hard to drive the commercial side of the club and has created a great foundation to build our relationships with partners in the town".
Colin Stoker said: "I am honoured to have been elected as the Community Club’s Vice-Chairman at last night's board meeting.
"I will do everything in my power to support the Chairman and the newly elected board in what is undoubtedly a challenging but exciting time ahead of us.”
Kevin White who was elected by our members to the board last year takes up the reigns in an official capacity having previously been acting chairman since Terry Brown's departure.
Kevin said it was a "really proud moment" for him.
He added: "It is my hometown club and to be elected last year and then to receive the support of the board in having my name put forward to be chairman was special.
"I have some big shoes to fill after the fantastic work Terry Brown has done and there are, of course, challenges that lay ahead of us - but I've every faith in this team and club in our ability to drive it forward."
Kevin added that it was a "really positive meeting".
He said: "Our members have pieced together a great team. The spread in age range, personalities, skill-sets, and interests will ensure that we can continue to push this club forward from all angles.
"Yet as yesterday evening's meeting demonstrated, the one thing that unites us all is the passion and future wellbeing of this great club".
"There will be further updates shortly including the club's push to Save the Camrose and other developments.
"As a community-run club, the board wants to once again encourage fans to become members and also consider how you may be able to involve yourself with our club. If you believe you have a way of helping, whether it's on match days, in the media, with fundraising, or any other role that you would benefit the club, please, get in contact".
One Basingstoke fan, Ian Davies, shared his thoughts on the news.
He said: "It’s the dawn of a new era. I think Colin Stoker will be an excellent Vice Chairman and I am particularly delighted by the appointment of Martin French as club secretary.
But regarding the appointment of the chairman, he raised concerns about his commitment to return to the Camrose.
He said: "Kevin White as chairman? I am not going to lie, I am not sure how determined he is to fight tooth and tail to get out of Winklebury and get back into The Camrose, or obtain a like-for-like.
"The jury is out on him for me. But the fella needs to be given a chance to prove the doubters - I’m not the only one - wrong. In fact, this whole board needs to be given a year to start to deliver for the club. Onwards and upwards for the Club."
