POLICE have said that 'enquiries are ongoing' into a garage fire in South Ham in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday, April 21).
Firefighters were mobilised to the blaze in a garage on Bardwell Close at 6.07am which was 'well alight'.
Neighbouring units and a vehicle parked inside the garage were also affected by the flames.
Now, police have said that they are investigating the cause of the incident, and appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said: "We were called to a report of a fire in a garage in Bardwell Close just before 6.30am today.
"Enquiries are ongoing as to the exact circumstances of the fire."
