A Hampshire man accused of masturbating in a public place is set to face a trial.
Morgan Maidment, of Newcombe Road in Southampton, is accused of committing an act of outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner in Chichester, West Sussex, on January 4, 2020.
The 21-year-old pleaded not guilty during a hearing at West Sussex Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, May 25.
He was remanded on unconditional bail until his trial date on October 13, 2021.
