Man to stand trial after accusation of driving without due care and attention
A BASINGSTOKE man is set to stand trial after being charged with driving without due care and attention.
It is alleged that Lloyd Saunders, of Queen Mary Avenue, committed the offence in a car park off Park Street in Bagshot on May 16.
The 39-year-old will stand trial on December 8 at Staines Magistrates’ Court, after pleading not guilty.
