A POPLEY teenager has been fined after being found driving without insurance.
Abraham Biju Jebin, of Abbey Road, was behind the wheel of a Toyota Rav 4 on the M3 between junctions 7 and 6 on February 13, when he was not insured on the vehicle.
After admitting the offence via the single justice procedure, the 18-year-old was fined £660.
He must also pay a victim surcharge of £66, costs of £90 and has had six penalty points put on his licence.
