A MAN who admitted drug driving on the M3 will appear in court next month and could face a driving ban.
Daniel Stafford admitted driving a white Ford on the southbound carriageway of the M3 at Basingstoke whilst he had Benzoylecgonine - a breakdown product of cocaine - in his system.
The 31-year-old, of Coldnail Hurst Avenue in Braintree, Essex, will appear at court on August 24 where magistrates will decide whether there are “special reasons” why his driving licence should not be endorsed, or if he should be disqualified.
