A MAN will appear in court next month accused of stealing nearly £2,000 in cash in a daylight burglary.
Aaron Grant has been charged with one count of burglary after £1,900 in cash was taken from St Michael's Road in South Ham on June 30.
Police were called at 4.45pm after reports of a burglary.
They have since charged Grant, of May Place, who appeared before Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Saturday.
The 29-year-old has been remanded into custody and will appear before Winchester Crown Court on August 4.
