AFTER many months of waiting, Parkrun returned to venues in England on Saturday, July 24, including Basingstoke's own War Memorial Park.
There was smiling faces all-round as more than 300 people gathered to take part in the town at the weekend.
Event director Avi Govind said: “It’s good to be back in the park again. You see the spirit of everybody, there’s the relief and happiness.
“We still have work to do with the results, and then it’s straight on to getting ready for next week!”
The Gazette's photographer, Robert Hall, captured the big day with this series of pictures.
