A MAN has admitted stealing six bottles of alcohol from a Co-op store on his birthday.
Darren Graham, from Tadley, stole two bottles of cider and four cans of Stella Artois from a Basingstoke Co-op store on Saturday (July 31).
The 40-year-old admitted the thefts at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Monday.
It was labelled as "unsophisticated shoplifting" by prosecutor David Fossler.
The case was adjourned until August 10 to tie up with other cases.
Graham, of Odette Gardens, was released on unconditional bail.
