The latest figures from Data.Police.UK has revealed that Barnes Road and Highland Road in Portsmouth were the top hotspots for crime in June.
The data shows out of the 17,619 crimes recorded in Hampshire, the most reported type of crime was categorised as ‘violence and sexual offences’ with 6,679 incidents.
Anti-social behaviour was the second most reported crime with 3,154 incidents and a total of 2,182 public order crimes were recorded.
At the bottom of the scale was theft from a person which received 78 reports.

- On or near Barnes Road, Portsmouth: 30 crimes recorded
- On or near Highland Road, Portsmouth: 27 crimes recorded
- On or near Elm Street, Portsmouth: 27 crimes recorded
- On or near Dunsbury Way, Havant: 24 crimes recorded
- On or near Sharps Close, Portsmouth: 21 crimes recorded
- On or near Thruxton Road, Havant: 21 crimes recorded
- On or near Laundry Road, Southampton: 21 crimes recorded
- On or near Eastwood Close, Havant: 20 crimes recorded
- On or near Forton Road, Gosport: 19 crimes recorded
- On or near Copnor Road, Gosport: 19 crimes recorded
