A major road in Basingstoke was partially closed on Saturday night after a car caught fire.
Oakridge Road was partially closed near Osborne Close and Millard Close because of the incident.
A spokesperson for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service said: "One pump from Basingstoke responded, the car was 100 per cent consumed by fire.
"The stop message came in at 21:08 and the incident has been handed over to Hampshire Constabulary."
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "We were called by our colleagues at Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service at 8.40pm last night (5 Feb) to reports that a car was on fire on Oakridge Road in Basingstoke."
"The road was shut for a short time and was reopened after our colleagues had extinguished the fire."
"Hampshire Constabulary and has been contacted for further information about the incident.
