A MAN was punched several times in the face in the toilets of a nightclub in Basingstoke.
The incident happened in the toilets of Plush nightclub between 2am and 3am on Sunday, January 9.
Police said the man was punched several times in the face by an unknown person and sustained minor facial injuries as a result of the assault.

A spokesperson from Hampshire Police, said: “Officers investigating an assault at a nightclub in Basingstoke have today (13 Feb) released CCTV images of a man they’d like to speak with in connection with the incident.
“It comes after a man was assaulted in the toilets of PLUSH nightclub between 2am and 3am on Sunday 9 January.
“The man was punched several times in the face by an unknown person and sustained minor facial injuries as a result of the assault.
“We have conducted initial enquires – including scoping CCTV from the venue – and are now asking for your help to identify the man in the CCTV image.
“Do you know him? Perhaps you remember witnessing the assault?”

The Police have now released a CCTV image and would like to speak to the man pictured.
