FILM crews have returned to Basingstoke, filming once again in the popular location of Basing View.
Cameras, vans and tents have been set up today (Monday), this time filming out on the road and according to local reports inside Mountbatten House.
Although the name of the film or show has not been revealed, a code used at the site by the film crews reads just ‘K’.
An employee at Hartley’s Kitchen in Basing View, said there are around four crews which have set up in the area today.
She said that she had been told that filming is taking place for a Disney show, but that has not been confirmed.
Basingstoke has recently become a popular location for filming.
In March last year, a pool of international stars – including Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas – were in Basingstoke to shoot the Amazon film Citadel.
In July, another film crew moved onto Basing View thought to be shooting a new “big budget” series for Apple TV, and in December a film crew descended on the part of town to shoot scenes for hit Netflix series The Crown.
