THE Basingstoke Bison will be looking to complete a clean sweep of home league wins over the Telford Tigers tomorrow (6.30pm).
The league leaders have lost on their previous two visits to Basingstoke, with the last game ending in a thrilling overtime win for the Bison.
On Sunday night (6pm), the Herd complete a double header weekend with the Tigers with a trip to Telford. The Bison won their first visit to Telford in the Autumn Cup, but have since lost twice in the league there.
Bison player/coach Ashley Tait said: “We want to keep our current win going and for whatever reason we always seem to play well against the top teams in this league.
“Telford will admit they seem to struggle in our rink, so we have to take advantage of that.”
The Bison are waiting to see if Adam Jones and George Norcliffe will return this weekend.
On Sunday (6.30pm) in Basingstoke, the Buffalo will look to repeat their victory in Essex, when Lee Valley are the visitors.
