TWO men have been caught on a CCTV camera dumping an old dishwasher in front of a house in Basingstoke.
They are found pulling up a silver Astra car in front of a house in Dorset Crescent, Highfields Estate, Basingstoke, and dumping the old dishwasher in front of the residential property.
One person is seen waiting near the car, while the other one carries the dishwasher and dumps it in front of the house.
The act has been caught by a neighbour’s Ring doorbell camera.

The houseowner, who did not want her name published in fear of more trouble from the miscreants, said she has contacted the police, but they said they cannot do anything.
“We also called the council and they said it was Vivid’s land and hence it’s their responsibility,” she said.
“We are all disgusted.
“We take pride and look after the area to a high standard. We all pay our way in life and dispose of rubbish the correct way.
“We are now worried this will keep happening.”
The family is now waiting for the waste management team to collect the item from the property.
