POLICE were appealing for help to locate a man who had been reported missing from Basingstoke but he has now been found.
Matthew Parsons, aged 36, was last seen in the Laverstoke area of Basingstoke at around 9am this morning (Wednesday) in his car.
Police have described him as white, 6ft 2ins and with short brown hair.

He has stubble and multiple tattoos on both arms and he speaks with a Geordie accent.
A spokesperson from Hampshire Police, said: “He may be in his car, which is a black Mercedes and the beginning of the registration number is KY63.
“It is believed he could be in the Oakridge area of Basingstoke.
“If you have seen Matthew since this morning, or have any information about where he might be, please call us immediately on 101 quoting 44220124855.”

Hampshire Police have now confirmed "that missing Matthew Parsons from Basingstoke has been located."
