THE full list of candidates vying for the votes of Basingstoke and Deane residents have been revealed this week.
Next month, May 5, the borough will go to the polls as residents will vote and choose their new councillors in this year’s elections.
In this year’s election there are a total of 19 seats are up for grabs, with one seat to be won in each ward.

However there is one exception, electors who are in Whitchurch, Overton and Laverstoke will be able to vote for two seats due to Ian Tilbury’s resignation at the end of last month.
Eligible residents will also have the opportunity to vote for representatives for the St Mary Bourne Parish Council.
After polling day, the election count and results will take place on May 6 at the Hampshire Court Hotel.
