A PARTNERSHIP project that helps vulnerable people to stay living in their homes in Hampshire has won a top award.
Home and Well is a countywide partnership project that sees Citizens Advice Hampshire, NHS Hampshire Southampton and Isle of Wight Clinical Commissioning Group, SSEN Distribution, SGN, Southern Water, Portsmouth Water and South East Water work together.
It launched in March 2020, providing a wrap-around support service for vulnerable people with health needs.
Last month it won the Customer Vulnerability Award at the nationwide Utility Week Awards.
The awards, which had been postponed by a year due to the pandemic, saw industry leaders, influencers, and innovators come together at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane.
Jo Hillier, chief executive of Citizens Advice Hampshire, said: "We are delighted that Home and Well has won the Utility Week Customer Vulnerability Award.
"Our partnership has supported over 1,300 vulnerable people across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to stay safely and independently in their homes.
"We are pleased to be continuing the Home and Well partnership to support even more people.”
