A PLOT of village land near Tadley is being auctioned with an incredible guide price of £100,000 plus.
The freehold land, which is adjacent to 24 Longbridge Road in Bramley is going up for auction after it has lapsed previous planning permission for the construction of seven houses.
The land is among 110 plots that are listed across southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers.

Mike Marchant, a senior auction appraiser with the firm, said: “There is always keen interest when land becomes available in a sought-after village such as Bramley.
“We anticipate keen interest, either from local residents keen to preserve the site as it is or from developers who would need to seek planning permission should they look to build.”
Clive Emson’s auction timers end on Thursday, May 5.
Online bidding for the land will be going live just two days beforehand.
