A VAN driver from Basingstoke has admitted to drug driving on a High Street in Surrey last year.
Mateusz Dobosz, of Normanton Road, Basingstoke, was driving a white Ford transit vehicle on High Street, Ripley, on August 23 2021.
The 23-year-old had 94 ug/L of cocaine compound Benzoylecgonine in his blood at the time. The legal driving limit is 50.
Dobosz pleaded guilty to the offence at Surrey Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, April 19.
He was handed a fine of £120 and ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and costs of £85.
He was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for a year.
