A BASINGSTOKE man has been handed a fine after driving while using his mobile phone.
Andrew Kevin Collins, of Coates Close, was driving a Ford vehicle on the M5 at Exeter on September 16, last year, while using a hand-held mobile phone device.
At Bodmin Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (April 26 2022), the 50-year-old was handed a £220 fine.
He must also pay a £34 surcharge and costs of £90, and his driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.
