A BASINGSTOKE man will stand trial later this year after denying a racially aggravated attack against a man.
Kevin Roche, of Shelley Close, is accused of assaulting a man by beating him in Basingstoke on September 24, 2021, and further accused of racially aggravated assault against him on the same date.
Appearing at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday (May 11), the 50-year-old pleaded not guilty to both counts.
He will stand trial at the same court on August 15, 2022.
