A MAN from Hook has been ordered to pay more than £600 by a court after he was caught speeding in Brighton.
An automatic camera device caught out Branden King, of Titchener Way, Hook, driving a Ford vehicle along the A270 Lewes Road, at a speed exceeding the 30mph limit.
At Crawley Magistrates' Court on May 9, the 33-year-old was handed a £471 fine, as well as costs of £90 and a £47 surcharge - bringing it to a total of £608.
His driving record was also endorsed with six penalty points.
