A HOMEBUILDER has begun community consultation for a residential development of up to 200 dwelling in Kingsclere.
Vistry Group is looking to build new houses on a on a section of Porch Farm in Newbury Road, Kingsclere.
The consultation, which is being held online, will run until Wednesday, June 15.
Residents or interested parties can access the virtual consultation via kingsclere.consultationonline.co.uk and send the feedback via feedback@consultation-online.co.uk.

There is a virtual exhibition available on the website, which enables people to view the proposals, ask questions and comment.
Vistry Group said printed copies of the materials along with feedback forms are also available on request to help those without internet access.
According to the screening opinion document published earlier this year, the development has 40 per cent affordable housing.
If approved, it is anticipated that construction will commence in 2023 and extend for a period of approximately 48 months thereafter.
The site was promoted for development through the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council’s ‘Call for Sites’ consultation in 2019 with permission from the landowner and continued to be promoted via the 'Issues and Options' consultation in late 2020.
The land for proposed development is on the western edge of Kingsclere, located south of Newbury Road - the A339 - which would provide vehicular access to the proposed development.
To the east lies an area of public open space, with the houses at Keeps Mead and Garrett Close located beyond.
To the southeast, the land is bounded by the Fieldgate Centre and its playing fields, along with Kingsclere Cemetery.
To the south lies Ecchinswell Road, and beyond that, the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
