AN ALTERNATIVE education provider has agreed a 15-year lease on an office building in Hook as part of its expansion plans.
On behalf of Katana Property Ltd, BDT incorporating Woodford and Company has let the whole of Unit 5 Meridian Office Park to Inclusion Hampshire.
The building totals 9,368sq ft and is set out on three floors with the benefit of 49 car spaces.
Inclusion Hampshire has taken the new lease for a term of 15 years with a break at the 10th year.
Inclusion Hampshire is expanding its specialist college, Inclusion College, which will be providing more placements for young people with additional needs.
The college specialises in mental health and wellbeing support to young people aged 16+ throughout north Hampshire.
