Police have confirmed that a 54-year-old man who had been reported missing from Brighton Hill has now been found.

Hampshire Constabulary issued an appeal earlier today (June 7) after concern grew for Roy Maddocks, last seen at 8am.

However, posting an update to social media this evening, officers said: "You may have seen our earlier appeal to find missing Roy. We can now update you that he has been found.

"Thank you for sharing our appeal, it is always appreciated."
