Holders Hook and Newnham Basics A will start the defence of their trophy on Tuesday June 14, when they face their own B team from 6pm.
Before this on Monday night, there is another all Southern League clash as Basingstoke and North Hants take on Hartley Wintney.
In the latest Cyril Thompson Trophy game Ashford Hill booked their place in the next round with a 34 run win over Basingstoke Hockey.
The winners batted first and made 146-6 thanks to an unbeaten 51 from Grant Goode and James DePleseis 45, while Simon Warner took 3-36.
In reply, the Hockey Club made 112-9 as Todd Hutchinson top scored with 36. Tom Moore led Hill’s bowling attack with 3-24 well supported by Yadira Bendy 2-25 and Ben Osbororne 2-27.
