A MAN has been ordered to pay more than £400 after he was found with Class A drugs, mobile phones and cash when his car was stopped in Basingstoke.
Florin Parllaku, 23, from Hartington Road, London, was charged with a drugs offence after officers stopped a car in Basingstoke on May 13.
Officers stopped the Mercedes on the A30 near the Black Dam Roundabout following information received from a member of the public.
Following a search, they found suspected Class A drugs, mobile phones and cash.

Parllaku appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, June 7, where he indicated a plea of guilty.
He was fined £300, and must also pay £85.00 in costs and a £34.00 surcharge.
An order was also made for the destruction of 10 individual deal bags of cocaine.
