“EMERGENCY protocols” have been implemented at a Basingstoke surgery after its phonelines and internet access have been impacted by the wider disruptions in the town.
The Camrose, Gillies and Hackwood (CGH) Partnership, in Brighton Hill, has been affected by the internet and phone outage which started yesterday afternoon (Wednesday, June 8).
According to Gazette readers, the internet has been down in Brighton Hill, Hatch Warren, Beggarwood and certain parts of Kempshott.
It is understood that Beggarwood Surgery has also been affected.

Operose, which runs The CGH Partnership, said the problems were caused by a “major incident” when cables were damaged.
It has directed calls to other centres but warned: “This will undoubtedly mean that telephone call times will experience delays.”
Operose added: “We have enacted our business continuity plan to help us manage the situation and respond to our patients as quickly as possible. We hope those responsible can resolve the issue within the next 24 hours.”
Councillor Sam Jeans, a Conservative borough councillor for Brookvale and Kings Furlong, said her daughter had been on hold to Beggarwood Surgery for 90 minutes this morning.
She added: "She finally got to number one in the queue to then be cut off."
The surgery responded to Cllr Jeans' email to say it was also impacted by the internet and phone problems, adding: "This undoubtedly will mean that call answering is going to be a bigger challenge than usual today and probably tomorrow."
Patients with an urgent care need can walk into any of Operose's four surgeries to speak with reception staff face-to-face; use the Dr. iQ app; call and wait; contact 111; or call 999 for a life-threatening emergency.
