A TEAM member at a popular family attraction near Basingstoke has been recognised at a national award ceremony beating hundreds of other nominees.

Darrell Warren, from 4 Kingdoms Adventure Farm, was awarded Day Maker of the Year at the National Farm Attraction Network Awards 2022.

Darrell scooped the award after being nominated for the fifth year in a row, beating competition for the top accolade against nominees from 250 other farm parks in the UK.

The 4 Kingdoms employee is one of the attraction’s longest running member of staff, working to entertain children who visit to make their day memorable.

Darren Lamb, director of 4 Kingdoms Adventure Farm, on the A339 between Basingstoke and Newbury, said: “I am so proud of the effort and dedication Darrell has put into his work at 4 Kingdoms over the last nine years; he loves his job and we love having him here.”
